Important Things to Know about Doing Business with Alarm Lock

Systems, Inc.

Prices shown in this book are list prices. All customers with direct accounts receive a discount

letter along with each new price book. If you have a direct account with Alarm Lock you may

request a copy of your discount letter in writing or by contacting you local sales representative.

Terms: 2%/10 Days Net 30. Any invoice not paid within the 10 days following the invoice date

is not entitled to the 2% discount.

Freight Allowance: Shipments are F.O.B. Amityville, NY. Freight allowed within the

continental U.S.A. is $7,500.00.

Order acknowledgements: your original order will be faxed back to you with an order number

and ship date.

Drop Shipments: All orders shipping to an address other than the customer’s or one of their

branches, is subject to a $25.00 handling fee.

Minimum Order: The minimum order requirement has been changed to $250.00 for all

customers.

Claims: All claims for discrepancies in shipments must be submitted within 10 days following

receipt of said shipment. No short shipments or claims for damages will be honored after the 10

day period.
